Acquired in 2019, we’ve stripped back the building to nearly its frame. This is part of a repurposing plan to redesign the 14-storey office scheme with people in mind.

Moments from both Cabot Circus and The Galleries in Bristol’s city centre, The Fairfax has everything at its door. Tenants will be greeted by our concierge in the Arrival Lounge. A bright, open space, it will feel more like a hotel than an office. With high ceilings throughout, there’s a cafe, a hot yoga studio, and several ‘comfort zones’ to meet, swap ideas and relax.

The Fairfax is sustainable too. With a B EPC rating, it’s a showcase of our commitment to bringing older buildings back to life.
