R+ currently has 30,000 sq ft of available workspace spread over five floors. There are also two roof terraces, plus a new business lounge for meeting clients and colleagues.

As well as having solar panels mounted on its roof, R+ has energy efficient LED lighting throughout and multiple electric car charging points. With all its power coming from 100% renewable sources, the building has a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A20 ratings.
