For those who don’t know, you can find Enstone nestled between Woodstock and Chipping Norton. A popular pocket of the Cotswolds, it’s close to Soho Farmhouse and famous for its motor racing links – with the Alpine F1 team based at the Enstone Aerodrome.

We’ve acquired a 70-acre land site with plans for a mixed-use regeneration scheme including Grade A rural workspaces. Using sustainable construction methods, the scheme will be the latest exciting development for an area on the up.
