This distinctive, triangular office block sits at the corner of St Philip’s Square in Birmingham’s central business district.
Originally a shopping centre, the building was repurposed during the early 2000s. We acquired the building in April 2022 and are now redesigning the upper floors as fitted workspaces.
The fresh communal workspaces will include a new external treatment, a reimagined club reception, cycle storage facilities and a shower complex. There will also be a garden atrium and two new roof terraces.
