Albert Bridge House

Strategic regeneration

We’re delighted to be back in Manchester after acquiring the government buildings at Albert Bridge House – opposite the Lowry and Spinningfields – in 2021.

Originally built as a tax office, the trio of 18-storey, six-storey and three-storey buildings are now being masterplanned, as well as the adjoining car park. The plan is to deliver two new buildings and outstanding public realm space with Salford and the River Irwell to one side and Spinningfields to the other. Our aim is to deliver the most sustainable and ‘Paris Proof’ building in the city.
